What the club offers

CYSA focuses on recreational youth soccer for players roughly ages five through eleven—typically kindergarten through fifth grade—with divisions that follow Skagit Valley Youth Soccer Association (SKVYSA) age guidance and Washington Youth Soccer expectations. Teams rely on parent and community volunteers for coaching, with club resources for coach education, safety, and conduct. The association keeps rosters and divisions flexible: when numbers do not form balanced teams, staff may work with families on age adjustments or, in rare cases, coordinate with neighboring clubs such as La Conner and Mount Vernon so children still get a season.

Registration, fees, and policies

Fall enrollment runs on a fixed spring window; for example, the 2025 fall season opened April 18 with regular registration closing June 30. Late registration may be offered June 15–30 with a $20 late fee per player, no sibling discount on late signups, and placement handled case by case. Signup and payments run through the Stack Sports registration system (start from Register on conwaysoccer.org). A $10 sibling discount applies to standard on-time registrations.

The 2025 fee schedule charges $105 for U6 and U7 players and $120 for U8 through U11; each fee includes a ball and a full game-day uniform (shirt, shorts, socks). All balances must be paid by July 15 or the registration may be canceled. Refunds before the registration period closes return all but $10 (late fees excluded); after June 30, fees are non-refundable except for specific cases such as the club being unable to place a player at the correct age band, a league-wide cancellation, or a preseason injury, each as described in the club’s written refund rules. Families who need a payment plan should contact CYSA before June 30.

Fields and facilities

Practices and home games take place at Conway School, 19710 WA-534, Mount Vernon, WA 98274, in partnership with the Conway community and school district for field access. Weather and field-open updates for Conway School and other assigned sites are available online so families can check before practices and games.

Summer camp and gear

Annual summer soccer camp serves boys and girls in kindergarten through sixth grade (as of the upcoming school year), historically scheduled in late July at Conway School with age-based session lengths. Camp pricing has included $100 for kindergarten and first grade and $115 for second through sixth grade, with a $10 discount for additional children in the same family; scholarships may be available. Fan gear and uniforms beyond the included kit can be ordered through the club’s online gear store partner.
