Cascade FC – Washington’s Best Youth Soccer Program

Cascade FC in Washington is a premier soccer club that offers year-round soccer opportunities to families in the Snoqualmie Valley and neighboring communities. Established in 1990, the club has a long, strong, and proud history of soccer in the valley. Cascade FC is a member of the Regional Club League (RCL), which is composed of the top clubs in the state and provides the highest-level league play and player development.

The mission of the soccer club is to develop every player to their full potential, providing them the knowledge, guidance, and confidence to perform at their greatest. The club supports the individual soccer goals of each player, whether it be playing high school, collegiate, or professional soccer, or pursuing other soccer-related activities. The club also creates a culture that players, families, coaches, officials, and the community can feel proud to be a part of.

Cascade FC strives to develop leaders on the field, in the community, and in all aspects of life. The club’s coaches lead players through the club’s Long-Term Player Development Model, which prepares athletes for high school soccer, college soccer, and other levels of the game. The club’s coaches are committed to building a professional environment, based on a growth mindset, continued education, and developing excellence.

The club’s playing philosophy is based on four pillars: technical, tactical, physical, and psychological. The club aims to develop players who are technically proficient, tactically aware, physically capable, and psychologically resilient.

Players are taught to be athletes of high integrity with their teammates, coaches, opponents, officials, fans, and within the community. The club values respect, sportsmanship, teamwork, and fair play. The club also encourages players to have fun, enjoy the game, and express themselves on the field.
