Snoqualmie, Washington

About

Cascade FC is the premier competitive club arm of Snoqualmie Valley Youth Soccer Association (SnVYSA), a year-round program based in Snoqualmie, Washington, that serves families across the valley and nearby towns. Established in 1990, it competes in Washington Youth Soccer’s Regional Club League (RCL), the statewide tier built for strong league play and player development alongside peer clubs.

What the club offers

Within SnVYSA, programming stacks into introductory, recreational, and premier tracks. Cascade FC Futures introduces preschoolers roughly three through five to the game with balance, coordination, and concentration in mind. Recreational soccer stays open to ages five through eighteen for every skill level, with no tryouts and a focus on fun, growth, physical activity, and life skills. Cascade FC itself is the premier pathway for roughly ages eight through eighteen; players try out each spring for roster spots, with training and competition geared toward advanced skill and higher-level play. Jr. Academy gives recreational players a structured bridge toward club soccer through a five-week block with Friday evening practices and Sunday morning games. The U8 Spring program lines up with Jr. Academy and winter or spring camps and clinics so younger athletes can step into the premier track while still joining other SnVYSA soccer options. SnVYSA and Cascade FC jointly run year-round camps, clinics, and academies for continued touches; programming is open to Cascade FC and SnVYSA recreational members and to players from outside the association who want extra development in the community.

Who SnVYSA serves

SnVYSA organizes soccer for families whose students attend schools in Carnation, Duvall, Fall City, North Bend, and Snoqualmie, with Cascade FC drawing premier players from that same valley footprint and neighbors who choose the club.

Tryouts and competitive calendar

Primary club tryouts run in April and May. High-school-aged boys also hold a February window, and in-season tryout opportunities appear when roster space allows. Families weighing recreational soccer, Jr. Academy, and full club soccer should confirm the current schedule and field plan each cycle because timing shifts with the season.

Development philosophy and high school support

Club work centers on Developing Excellence and a long-term player development model. The mission is to help every athlete reach their potential with knowledge, guidance, and confidence—whether goals point toward high school, college, professional soccer, or other soccer-related pursuits—while building a culture players, families, coaches, officials, and neighbors can take pride in. Coaching stresses leadership on the field and in the community, commitment to personal growth, health, and education aligned with the club playing philosophy, and integrity with teammates, opponents, officials, and the wider community. High school-aged players can join a Playing in College mentorship program, and a high school technical director mentors student-athletes through their individual college pathway.
