About

Rampage Soccer Club has served Weber and Davis counties since 2001, giving northern Utah families a full pathway from early academy training through premier-level competitive teams. USSF-licensed coaches emphasize player-first development, respect, and teamwork across every level—from Utah North Youth Soccer (UNYS) recreation and the Pre-Comp Academy to in-state league teams, Platform League opportunities, winter futsal, and adult UPSL Rangers sides that extend the club’s competitive culture beyond high school.

Programs and age groups

Youth Development League (YDL) Academy covers roughly U5 through U8 with club fees of $180 plus a $10 UYSA Region fee, building fundamentals before players move into competitive travel soccer. The Pre-Comp Academy offers structured training aligned with Rampage’s playing style—technical work, tactical basics, fitness, parent education workshops, and regular player feedback—so young athletes are ready for tryouts and team placement.

Competitive teams span U7 through U19 with placement by skill level across multiple in-state competition tiers. UNYS recreation serves Roy and nearby communities with balanced teams, no tryouts, player development focus, and quality uniforms. Rampage also fields Platform League pathways—including Girls Academy ASPIRE alongside Black Diamond FC—for elite girls seeking high-performance league play, showcases, and merit-based advancement. Winter futsal leagues run at Weber County Fairgrounds with seven-game sessions for birth years 2018–2007.

Competitive seasons and commitment

Players joining competitive teams make a full-year commitment (fall and spring). U7–U14 teams play fall league games from late August through October and spring league from late March through May, with training and tournaments year-round including summer and winter. U15–U19 girls concentrate competitive league play in spring (March–May) after summer tournaments, often alongside high school soccer in fall; U15–U19 boys play their competitive season from June through February with spring typically reserved for high school. Rampage forms provisional teams for high school-age players not on a school roster who still want competitive play ($35 provisional fee per season).

Premier teams may travel out of state for one or two tournaments annually plus in-state events; other levels also enter multiple tournaments. After tryout placement, players complete Utah Youth Soccer Association (UYSA) registration promptly.

Fees and uniforms

Rampage club fees (paid through the club) range from $180 for YDL Academy U5–U8 to $485 for U9–U10, $805 for U11–U12 and many U13–U19 North A and lower tiers, and $880 for U13–U19 Premier 1 through Division 4. Fees cover field rental and maintenance for league play, administration, Region 2 CO-OP, and coach compensation and equipment; families may pay in full or use age-based payment plans (high school ages may use a three-month plan). Separate UYSA fees paid directly to the state run $10 for YDL U7–U8, $119 for U9–U14, and $86 for U15–U19 and include league program, membership, and Legacy Field components. Referee fees of roughly $20–$35 per player are typically handled at the team level. Team-specific costs—tournaments, futsal, indoor soccer, travel, and winter facility time—are budgeted separately by each roster.

Uniforms include a $60 YDL kit (home and away jersey with shorts and socks) or a $240 base competitive kit with optional add-ons such as backpack, warm-ups, training tee, and a third kit.
