Programs and age groups

Lil' Strikers welcomes U4 players born after July 31, 2022 in a fun, non-competitive Saturday-only format inside an inflatable pitch. The Academy serves U5–U8 (birth years roughly August 2018 through July 2022) with staffed pool-style training led by the Academy Director, Monday evening sessions, optional weekly team practices, and Saturday games at Midland Soccer Complex—U5–U6 stay coed while U7–U8 split into boys and girls teams.

Recreational soccer continues at U9–U19 for players who want a balanced mix of fun, learning, and competition after Academy. Home games use Midland; away games stay within central Arkansas. Formats scale with age: U9–U10 play 7v7 with a size 4 ball, U11–U12 use 9v9, and U13–U19 move to 11v11 with a size 5 ball. Volunteer parent coaches are supported by club staff with training plans and ongoing guidance.

Classic is the competitive track for players selected after May tryouts, covering U11–U19 (roughly fifth grade through high school). A new Pre-classic invitation program helps selected U9–U10 athletes bridge toward full Classic play with licensed coaches. Goalkeeper-specific training is offered on certain weeknights by coach invitation during the season.

Seasons, fees, and registration

Fall Academy and Lil' Strikers registration typically opens in June; spring Academy runs late March through early May and fall Academy from early September through late October. Fall 2026 club fees include $70 for Lil' Strikers and $140 for Academy (PUMA jersey included), $160 for recreational registration (uniform kit ordered separately on a two-year cycle that began fall 2025), $240 for Pre-classic fall 2026, $600 for U11–U14 Classic seasonal registration, and $300 for U15–U19 Classic fall registration—Classic teams may also assess up to about $40 per month in team fees beyond club registration. Summer adds Academy Skills Camp ($80, early-bird discount before May 16), Elite Training Program for U9+ ($150–$225 depending on track), a Summer 3v3 league ($35 per player), and free-play nights for U8.

Competitive tryouts and governance

2026–27 Classic tryouts are scheduled in late May with staggered times by age and gender; registration flows through PlayMetrics. Families new to Classic may need a uniform kit purchase when moving onto a team. CASC is affiliated with Arkansas Soccer Association, Arkansas Competitive Soccer League, Central Arkansas Recreational League, US Youth Soccer, and USSF. Volunteer board members hold open meetings in April and October at 6:00 p.m. at Midland Soccer Complex, and all members follow the club code of conduct covering sportsmanship, sideline behavior, and substance-free environments around players.

Primary training and home games center on Midland Soccer Complex at 3865 Midland Road in Alexander, with additional recreational play at Bishop Park fields behind the pond in Bryant.
