Hawks recreation (U4–U18)

Hawks is the club’s community pathway from first touches through high-school-age rec. U4 introduces soccer with one-hour Saturday sessions, volunteer coaches, and strong encouragement for parents to join in. U6 adds teams and weekly practice plus a Saturday training block and short-sided game. U8 brings group practices, referees, and Saturday games in four 12-minute quarters (6v6 with goalkeepers, no punting); scores are not reported at that level.

U10 and U12 join SNH Rec Soccer League play with formats that step up to 7v7 and 9v9, reported scores where league rules require, and travel to neighboring towns within roughly 45 minutes of Derry for U12 when divisions are large enough for that schedule. U15 and U18 continue in SNHREC with full-sided play, longer halves, and full Laws of the Game. Hawks games for the spring 2026 season are set to begin Saturday, April 18, 2026 and end Sunday, June 14, 2026; teams play through April school vacation but not over Memorial Day weekend. Practice start depends on weather and field readiness, with the final schedule communicated in April 2026.

Fees, uniforms, and volunteering (Hawks)

Spring 2026 Hawks tuition runs $50 for U4, $70 for U6, $80 for U8, $85 for U10, $90 for U12, and $105 for U15 and U18, based on the birth-date bands the club uses for that season. Hawks jerseys are available for $25.50 during registration and are distributed by the team coach in the first week of the season. Every player needs cleats, shin guards, and the correct ball size: size 3 for U4–U8, size 4 for U10–U12, and size 5 for U15–U18. Eagles travel (NHSL)

Eagles is the competitive travel program in the New Hampshire Soccer League (NHSL). Practices use a hybrid model: licensed professional coaches work alongside certified volunteer parent coaches, with pros heavily involved in training design and parents leading on game day. Teams usually stay together across seasons so players build continuity. Eagles sides practice twice a week, play most weekends, and enter two tournaments per year. The program aims to prepare players for middle school and high school soccer while keeping enjoyment and character central. Fall-to-spring tryout registration can open and close on a seasonal cycle; families should watch for email, club social channels, and registration links for the next tryout window.
