About

Seacoast United Soccer Club is a New England youth soccer organization founded in 1992 with programs across New Hampshire, Maine, and Massachusetts. The club serves roughly four thousand players from early childhood through young adulthood and centers programming on equal access, long-term development, and preparation on and off the field.

Hampton indoor facility

The Seacoast United Indoor Arena in Hampton, New Hampshire, offers about sixty-nine thousand square feet of space with four indoor turf fields. That venue supports youth league play for a wide span of ages and abilities, adult leagues, team training blocks, pickup-style sessions, birthday parties, and other indoor soccer activity through the year.

NH South footprint and training sites

Hampton sits in the NH South region alongside nearby Seacoast United hubs. The outdoor and indoor complexes in Epping—including the lighted turf outdoor complex at 88 Shirkin Road—anchor much of the NH South competitive calendar, including tryouts and high-level training, while Hampton supplies large-scale indoor capacity for seasonal leagues and skills programming.

Programs and competitive pathways

Grassroots programming introduces the youngest players to soccer in a structured, play-based setting. Futures serves motivated U6–U10 players with fall and spring training alongside academy coaching staff. Junior Academy targets select U7–U14 athletes on the club’s development pathway, complemented by Skills Development sessions for ages seven through fourteen, Training Academy work for ages thirteen through eighteen, year-round Specialized Skills blocks, and the Seacoast United Goalkeeper School (SUGS) for keepers from U8 through U19. At the elite end, boys can pursue MLS NEXT and girls can pursue Girls Academy opportunities within the club network, and teams also compete in the New England Club Soccer League, USYS National League, and Development Player League. Financial support for Grassroots and related out-of-school activities may be available through the #AreUIn scholarship-style program the club promotes for qualifying families.

Tryouts and placement

NH South competitive tryouts use the club’s online tryout registration each fall, with younger age groups usually placed at the Epping outdoor complex in late October and older groups in early November, while exact birth-year bands and times shift each cycle. Families should complete the current registration packet and speak with NH South leadership if they need the precise schedule. Boys MLS NEXT questions for NH South go to Peter Decker; NH South Girls Academy questions go to Chris Scott, both at Seacoast United email addresses.

Mission and coaching environment

The club promotes soccer for youth and young adults by giving them places to play and routes to compete at appropriate levels. Training stresses fundamentals, tactics, teamwork, and sportsmanship while aiming to build confidence and character. Full-time staff stress a learning-friendly yet competitive environment where players progress over time rather than rushing short-term results.
